LandWords is a metaverse land renting market based on Ethereum and a component of the product mix developed and maintained by the EnterDAO community.
This market supports renting land by time in Web3 metaverse games. LandWorks will start with Decentraland and gradually expand to support other renowned games. It enables landowners to acquire passive incomes from their properties, hoping that the renters of metaverse games will easily rent rather than purchase virtual land properties.
LandWorks is not only concentrated on Decentraland. Although it is the first integration attempt, LandWorks will develop into a land renting market irrelevant to games. LandWorks operates based on the notion that all encrypted and non-encrypted brands hope to construct intriguing experiences through the Metaverse. Therefore, it’s unnecessary for these brands to own land for long. For another, landowners cannot apply their properties to scenarios other than transactions. LandWorks aims at turning the land in Web3 Metaverse into productive properties.
MetaPortal
MetaPortal is an app that unifies search, inquiry, and input of diverse Metaverse experiences. Just imagine the Web3 game of Steam. With MetaPortal, users are capable of searching, selecting, and entering their Metaverse games without exiting the app.
MetaPortal intends to improve the accessibility and availability of metaverse games, better use users’ hardware characteristics, and provide original and seamless logging experiences for all games (including Web3 wallet integration). MetaPortal is the only point for entering Metaverse.
MetaPass
EnterDAO will launch an NFT set named MetaPass. It has two functions: 1) serves as a collectible; 2) serves as a gate pass. Practical apps will be provided in Web3 Metaverse, including EnterDAO privileges and unique access to incidents, games, and virtual sites.
Yield Farming
EnterDAO will implement a 20-week agricultural yield plan with eight types of tokens as one way to join current metaverse games and the DeFi community.
While users are allowed to deposit and mortgage tokens or cancel the mortgage at any time, the rewards will be distributed at the end of each cycle.
